On summer vacations, every meal takes on a festive air. Without the rigidity of routine, no one has a time to start or finish eating. The atmosphere is one of family together, friends around, children hungry from spending so much energy around. Even the place where we starve escapes from the sameness: it can be by the beach or by the pool, in the middle of the camping, next to the waterfall, under a leafy tree, in the aunt's kitchen, in grandma's house, in the apartment of godmother…
With more time, we can test new recipes and variations without rushing. With the group together, each one contributes a tip. And even the little ones can participate, learning cooking skills and absorbing the value of home cooking.
