After being defeated by Pi (Drake Bell), the shark Troy (Donal Logue) was captured by humans, who keep him prisoner in an underwater cage. They inject Troy with various substances, which make him bigger and stronger than ever before. One day, the little shark Ronny (Jamie Kennedy) finds him and ends up freeing him. Troy soon sets out for the reef where Pi lives, seeking revenge, but the low tide prevents the attack. However, as the tide will rise in four days, Troy and his shark henchmen decide to wait until they invade the place. Meanwhile, Pi must find a way to defend his family and friends. To do so, he tries to convince them that only with a lot of training it is possible to defeat Troy and the gang.
