Bouncing and noisy, the wren is a common bird throughout Brazil. Small, measuring up to 13 centimeters, the species usually stays on the ground, where it hunts small insects, small spiders and baby geckos found among foliage, plant bark and cracks in buildings human.
A relative of the uirapuru, considered one of the Brazilian birds with the most beautiful song, the wren attracts attention for its cheerful and melodious song, heard mainly in the early morning.
