What would our breakfast be without the baker and the baker? I can't do without a warm roll, with a crispy crust and soft crumb, huuummm… Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Bread is one of the most consumed foods in the world, but to have fresh bread on our table every day, the baker needs to be the first to wake up. His work starts early: he prepares the dough with flour, water, salt and yeast and waits for the bread to bake. Some bakers still need to have the ability to make different types of bread, such as sweet bread, wholemeal, light (for those who want to keep fit), bread with fruit, nuts or chocolate chips, sliced bread, honey bread, etc. It's never-ending bread! I don't think I could ever be a baker because I couldn't stop eating these delicacies!
