Search for the words. What's your purpose with that conversation? Expose your side, but without charging or defending the interlocutor. The dialogue will only make sense if there is an intention to find a joint solution.
Opt for smaller conversations. Don't let your anxieties pile up. It's better to have a simple conversation about how you need help with the housecleaning than to blow up because no one has helped you for months.
Choose the moment. A difficult conversation requires calmness. Try to bring up this subject at a time when you are calm and secure. If your partner is also having a good day, even better.
