Today is the birth date of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. I think in his time he was considered a very crazy boy. At the age of three, he showed a lot of talent for music. At four, he learned to play the harpsichord, an instrument similar to the piano. At five, he was already composing. When he was six years old, he played for the Austrian empress at the Court in Vienna. Before he turned 14, Mozart had already made several songs, called sonatas, for harpsichord, piano and violin, as well as works for entire orchestras. When he grew up, he got married. As he had no steady job, he sought to earn a living selling his compositions, performing and teaching music, but he never managed to earn enough money to support his family. Mozart died in poverty on December 5, 1791. I think he never imagined that his songs would be so publicized and known in the 21st century.
