Read:
Once the mice, who lived in fear of a cat, decided to have a meeting to find a way to end that eternal disorder.
Many plans were discussed and abandoned. At the end, a young mouse got up and suggested hanging a bell around the cat's neck. That way, whenever the cat got close, they would hear the bell and could run away. Everyone clapped their hands: the problem was solved.
Seeing that, an old mouse that had been silent the whole time got up from its corner. He said the plan was very clever, that surely their worries were over. Only one thing was missing: who would hang the bell around the cat's neck?
Moral: Inventing is one thing, doing is another.
