The brave knight rides without fear, rides without stopping. Sword in hand and shield in the other hand, he faces all dangers without worry. He doesn't even open his eyes. Jump over poisonous snakes, face enemy arrows, jump over one-eyed giants, don't fear the least bit of carnivorous plants. Dragons, thunder, sea monsters are no match for his bravery. But then huge human hands dart towards him. And the knight cries, opens his mouth. What could it be that made such a brave warrior cry out?
In this amazing book of illustrations by Renato Moriconi, called Barbaro, an entire story is told without a single word. A story of bravery, adventures, a lot of imagination. And with a surprising and fun ending. Renato got it right once again!
