Agate was single. Without exception, she thought all turkeys were silly. They grunted, making a lot of noise, as well as hurrying to eat the grain that the farmer's wife threw.
– They are really rude! - Agata said to her niece.
– But they are so cute! – Alida replied. – Especially Gordon!
He grunted lower, knowing Agata wouldn't let him get close to Alida if he made too much noise. At mealtime, Gordon collected what he could of the beans from among the others and took them to Alida and Agata.

From there, Agata reviewed her opinion:
– I agree, Alida, this turkey is different! If he asks politely to marry you, I will agree!
– Thank you Aunt Agata! I'm feeling like the happiest of vans.
