According to a 2012 study, the test predicts mortality for people aged 51 to 80. "The study found that the lower the score, the seven times more likely you were to die in the next six years," said Dr. Bad luck. You begin the test by standing up straight, before sitting down cross-legged and trying to get up again.

Azar emphasized that "as we get older, we spend time talking about cardiovascular health and aerobic fitness, but balance, flexibility and agility are also very important."
Many users have given the test a try on their own and failed. A video was soon filled with thousands of comments from other hysterical TikTokers with a joke: "I can't even gracefully descend, so does that reduce me to three years?"
Another joked that he did it and said: "I did it, but I think it took me six of my life to do it".
The truth is that there is no way to predict death. However, there are some attitudes you can have to live much longer.
