DAS fee is based on the minimum wage
The value of the DAS refers to the minimum wage in the country, charged at 5% of the current wage. There is also an additional R$ 5.00 for services and R$ 1.00 for industrial trade ICMS. Taxes on Services (ISS) add R$ 6.00 to the total amount.
The readjustment of minimum wage of 2023 was presented by President Jair Bolsonaro, increasing from R$ 1,212.00 to R$ 1,302.00.
