If our body needs to work out to be always in order and full of energy, why would the mind be any different? Over the years, the speed of information processing decreases, but this decline can be compensated for with the experience gained. An always-on brain is more reliable and supports more task overloads, resulting in less blanks and lapses.
Activities such as sudoku, crosswords and word searches are very useful for those who want to keep their brain active and effective, increasing the ability to store information and generate faster and more accurate responses even to everyday problems morning.
