NAME:

Monster

Every morning, Euclid left his house and walked with scissors in his hands. The street children were desperate, trying to imagine what that monster could do...
– Here he comes! – they said.
With his huge hands and feet, Euclid walked and headed towards the back of the house…
– But what does he do with those scissors? asked Clarinha.
– I can't even imagine! – said Juquinha.
- Let's find out? – they all shouted.
And so they went to spy on Euclid...
Searched, searched… Until they found that monster that everyone feared!

- Hello my friends! – Euclid said to the children.
– Please come here! – he completed.
– But you'll scare us! – said the children.
– My little friends, sit here with me and help me to prune these beautiful flowers… I love taking care of my garden!
– We thought you were a bad monster! But you are a friend of nature! - Said one of them.
And after that day, Euclides gained new friends and was very happy! Those kids learned a lesson too! Never again would they judge without being sure.
