Episode about the lost check

This story happened recently.

Anour G was on his way home from a visit to his mother's house when he spotted a paper floating on the floor. The report was taken from Blid. Curious, the man took the paper and found that it was a check valued at €4,631,538.80. This check belonged to the Haribo candy company and was issued by the German supermarket chain Rewe.

“There wasoneamountsobigwhatnorI managed to pronounce“, said Anour G. for the German media. With this, the man quickly contacted the company. The representative attorney asked for the check to be torn up. In short, it was done. In fact, they even asked the citizen to prove that he actually tore the paper, as requested, through a photo. He proved that he had followed the guidance.

What about the reward?

As a way of thanking the man, Haribo sent a box full of gifts, where there were six packets of the sweets sold by the company.

“I found it a bit cheap”, said Anouar G.. to the newspaper.

Sought by Blid, Haribo said it sent the standard thank you package and further clarified that even if the check was not found, they would be able to access the money.
