Nutritionists are professionals who check people's eating habits and help them to modify them according to the needs of each one of them. More and more, we hear about the importance of eating to maintain health, and people look to nutritionists for guidance. They can work in restaurants, food industries, schools, day care centers, hospitals and clinics, with endocrinologists or pediatricians. They coordinate research at food companies to develop more nutritious products. They also participate in public health programs, guiding the population on the best way to enjoy food.
