Mad cow disease came back to scare the world last week. But, this has nothing to do with cows going crazy around the farms of the planet, ok? Mad cow disease is a disease that affects not only cows, but oxen and sheep as well. In the 90s, the evil hit many animals in Europe. They may have got sick from the feed they ate. Farmers had to kill the animals and their meat could not be sold to prevent people from getting sick too. _____________ it was believed that people got sick from eating the meat of sick animals. But today it is known that evil can also pass from one person to another.
