Sweet and fitness crepioca recipes (and delicious) to stay on your diet

The current generation has come with a greater impetus to take care of their health by improving their habits and food. With this, crepioca has become a very good food option for those following a diet, as it is a food rich in protein. So, here's how to make sweet crepioca to always have a dessert option in your diet.

Sweet Crepioca with Whey

A great protein and fitness option for those who want to eat something sweet and not get out of line.

Ingredients:

  • 1 full tbsp of chocolate whey or other (10g);
  • 1 cs of tapioca;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 cs of cocoa (optional);
  • Sweetener stevia to taste.

*cs = tablespoon

Method of preparation:

  1. Take a bowl and beat the two eggs;
  2. Then add the tapioca gum, cocoa and whey;
  3. Stir again until it becomes a homogeneous mass and add the sweetener;
  4. Unite your skillet and take your dough to the fire;
  5. Finally, let both sides brown, then remove and place on a plate to prepare the stuffing!

Ingredients for the Stuffing:

  • 2 tbsp of whey protein (strawberry flavor, 20g);
  • Low-fat yogurt;
  • Strawberry to taste.

How to Prepare the Stuffing:

  1. Put the amount of yogurt you think is necessary in a container and then add the strawberry whey to fill;
  2. Then, slice the strawberries and place them on top of the mixture.

Banana crepioca recipe with cocoa

Putting a banana in the crepioca dough or filling is a great way to make it sweet, tasty and nutritious. In addition, it is rich in fiber, B vitamins, antioxidants and minerals.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg;
  • 2 tbsp of tapioca;
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder;
  • 1 banana;
  • cinnamon to taste;
  • stevia sweetener to taste.

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the tapioca, the egg, the cocoa powder until it becomes a homogeneous mass;
  2. Then unite a skillet and pour the dough;
  3. Let it brown on both sides, then stuff it with banana, honey and cinnamon and it's ready to eat!

Note: Finally, if you want, you can put a little mashed banana in the dough to make it sweeter.
