Read the text. Then answer the questions about it:
The turtle is an aquatic animal. There are saltwater and freshwater turtles. Those that live in fresh water are semi-aquatic, as they also live on land. The turtles' limbs have turned into flippers to facilitate their movement in the water.
These turtles are usually a meter long and weigh about 200 kilograms. But there are specimens up to 2.5 meters and 800 kilograms.
Turtles eat fruits and seeds. They only eat meat when they cannot find these foods. Turtle meat is very tasty and appreciated all over the world.
Tortoises live in fresh water or on land. Its limbs have five fingers ending in nails. They are smaller than turtles, as they measure between 15 and 30 centimeters. They feed on fish and, in captivity, accept pieces of meat and earthworms.
Tortoises are terrestrial. They live in the forest, under the trees, but they like long baths. They know how to swim, but they don't dive like turtles and tortoises.
They measure between 35 and 40 centimeters, but some are up to 70 centimeters long.
The tortoises' limbs look like small elephant legs and their five toes end in thick nails. They feed on fruits and support captivity well.
