The movie “Alien Friends” opens in theaters

The movie “Amigos Alienígenas” premieres this October 18th in Brazilian cinemas. In the film, a spaceship with three aliens accidentally lands in the back of Luis' house, a lonely boy.

Luís is twelve years old and lives with his father, a famous ufologist who would probably freeze new friends to prove to the world that they exist.

Luis' mission becomes to protect the aliens while helping them discover where the mother ship is — the only means of transport that will take his new friends back home.

The German production is directed by Christoph Lauenstein and Wolfgang Lauenstein, both winners of the Academy Award for Best Animated Short for “Balance” in 1989.
