On a typical day at work, the waitress lost her job after receiving a $4,400 tip from a customer. Ryan Brandt, the worker, was serving a table that had more than 40 executive chefs consuming in the restaurant. They each contributed $100 to the girl serving.

A real estate president named Grant Wise took the tip offered to the young woman and handed it over again while he was outside the restaurant. Upon entering the establishment again, Ryan said that she had been fired on the grounds of having “violated the policy” of the work.
