One tip it doesn't do anything bad. We usually offer it in exchange for the good service that the snack bar offers us and the value is not that high, such as a simple piece of change that we leave behind. The truth is that the practice works as an incentive for workers to see that we are supporting the establishment.
However, there are establishments that do not allow the distribution of tips to employees, as much as we liked the service. There are restaurants that distribute work uniforms without pockets so that cash should not be stored. In Arkansas, for example, such a fatality happened.

'I look 20 years younger' – 42-year-old woman reveals…
On a typical day at work, the waitress lost her job after receiving a $4,400 tip from a customer. Ryan Brandt, the worker, was serving a table that had more than 40 executive chefs consuming in the restaurant. They each contributed $100 to the girl serving.
The young lady received the amount from the customer and kept the money in her pocket, but then the restaurant did something that no one was expecting. Local reports said the Oven & Tap restaurant fired the employee when she learned of the incident.
The former employee was informed that she could only take 20% of the amount, as the rest would go to the manager. That's when another unexpected situation happened.
A real estate president named Grant Wise took the tip offered to the young woman and handed it over again while he was outside the restaurant. Upon entering the establishment again, Ryan said that she had been fired on the grounds of having “violated the policy” of the work.
Upon learning of the case, Wise created a link on the internet to raise funds for the young woman and raised US$ 8,700 within a few days. There are days when luck comes camouflaged, isn't it?
