Ever since the peacock Jasão arrived at Sítio dos Moinhos, Michu was annoyed:
– This peacock irritates me, opens its tail all the time to show its feathers! - Complained the rooster. - And me? Isn't my crest beautiful too?
Poor Michu! He was always admired by the entire chicken coop, but he was left alone in a corner, watching the peacock show itself.
Odete, who knew her friend very well, approached him and said:

– Don't be silly, Michu! You will always be the fairest of roosters, and Jason the fairest of peacocks. Put on a nice show for the chicken coop! And we will certainly admire them both!
Michu perked up and ran to talk to Jason. That night, the two showed off their wonderful colors. But Michu continued to be the proudest, because he alone had a beautiful crest on his head!
