You can request renegotiation until December 31st of this year, through the digital channels of Fies financial agents – Caixa Econômica Federal and Banco do Brasil. To renegotiate with Caixa, the student must first do a simulation in the Fies Caixa app. After that, the boleto can be generated until December 31st. To renegotiate through Banco do Brasil, just look for the option “Debt Solution, Renegotiation Fies”, available in the application. In addition, you can renegotiate through the bank branches themselves.
