Those who work under the CLT regime need to be aware of salary discounts, after all, not all of them are properly legal. Understand which of them are forbidden to never be deceived again.
In a central way, it is necessary to know that the CLT does not allow any undue charge on the worker's salary. Only discounts for the INSS, IRPF, health plan and 6% for the transport voucher are necessary.
Other subtractions that are valid according to the law are related to unexcused absences. There is also the fact that the worker does not comply with the 30 days notice period, as this will cause this period to be discounted at the end of the employment contract.
A case that cannot be charged to the professional are fines for misconduct or penalties for any damaged object. It is only possible for this to happen if there is the consent of the worker.
Above that, no other charges can be made on the employee's payroll. Training, PPE, badges and uniforms are part of the company's obligation to the professional from the moment of hiring. Be smart so that you are not charged anything beyond what the law allows!
