However, it was understood by the ministers that the military school, despite being public, does not receive funding from the Union in the same way as schools in the traditional public system. Monthly fees may be charged for the cost of establishments.
The Advocacy General of the Union and the Army Command had already spoken out against the action, also stating that, by not using funds from the Ministry of Education, the military colleges have to maintain themselves with resources from the Ministry of Defense and monthly fees from students.
