• To start cleaning, you must turn off the laptop and remove all cables and attached storage devices. If you have a model where you can remove the battery, carefully remove it before cleaning;
• Do not use alcohol or cleaning products, as they can stain the screen and fade the color of the notebook;
• Abrasive pads and cloths can scratch. Do not use these types of materials;
• Do not open the computer, in order to avoid loss of warranty and damage to any internal components;
• Cleaning with liquid products and water is not recommended, as they can cause oxidation when in contact with USB, HDMI, etc.;
• Finally, if you use a mini vac, you could accidentally push dust into these inlets, so it's best to avoid.

• To clean the entries, use a dry cotton swab, remembering not to apply it rigorously so as not to push residues inside and damage the notebook;
• Use a brush with stiffer bristles to clean the keyboard between the keys;
• It's also a good idea to use an air spray to clean the dust, but only use it on keyboards.

Also, if you have any sort of greasy fingerprint stain on your screen that you can't remove with a damp cloth, gently apply a mixture of 50% water and 50% white vinegar. So, make sure you wipe the excess liquid off the cloth before using it, so that it's only slightly wet.
