Given the price of gasoline, one of the benefits created recently was the Truck Driver Assistance. Self-employed drivers who signed up would earn six installments of one thousand reais, but not all of them were awarded.
The good news is that truck drivers who were unable to enroll by the deadline stipulated by the Government will still be able to get the aid, although three payments out of a total of six have already been done.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Security extended the deadline so that more people could guarantee the values. In this way, those who register by the new scheduled date will receive the aid monthly. The price of fuel that did not drop was the most important factor for the creation and approval of this aid, however the threats of strikes made by professionals also had their weight.
In addition to registering, you must make a self-declaration to be eligible for assistance. Those who did so by September 12 managed to receive the value of the July and August installments on the same date as the September payment. For this reason, some truck drivers, in a single month, earned more than R$ 3,000 on their account.
And speaking of the account, the money is deposited directly into the Social Digital Savings account. The handling of this amount is done through the Caixa Tem application. It is still possible to shop online at registered stores, as well as pay bills and transfer amounts to other institutions using only this application.
The aid will be paid until December. The deadline for self-declaration began on August 15. The Ministry of Labor and Social Security had already extended it to September 12, so anyone within the period in question was entitled to the recap. The new deadline is October 10th.
Truck drivers who register for the aid will not receive payment of retroactive installments. The self-declaration must be made on the Emprega Brasil portal or through the Digital Work Card application.
