Through the new measures, the Gov.br platform now offers new options for those who need to solve problems with the Federal Revenue over the internet, such as the collection receipts available to taxpayers of the Revenue. There is also the possibility of querying payments made to the body, and also the balance available with it.
However, it should be noted that every citizen needs to have an account on the Gov.br system to carry out these procedures, which is very easy to do. To do so, just access the website and register, if you don't have one. In addition, it is worth mentioning that not all services will be available for initial users.
This is because this system has a security level scheme that measures how much you are able to use the resources. In this sense, the more you access and perform bureaucratic functions through the site, the more you level up and guarantee access to others.
Basically, this plan consists of a series of actions that the government has been taking to redesign access to citizens' rights and duties. That is, services such as updating the title via the internet, issuing documents and requesting INSS benefits are part of the project. Currently, the Federal Government has invested heavily in this process, although it still has significant operational flaws. Even so, it is already possible to notice an advance that guarantees the reduction of costs for the state and also the optimization of the time of Brazilians.
