To prepare your delicious recipe for mixed chocolate mousse, set aside a medium pan and in it, mix the egg whites and sugar well over low heat. Don't forget to stir non-stop for about 3 minutes. However, do not let the mixture cook.
Once done, take this mixture to a mixer and let it beat for 5 minutes, or until it doubles in volume. After that, book.
Meanwhile, separate a refractory and add the gelatine and water to it, then heat it in a bain-marie until the ingredient dissolves completely. Reserve.
Then, in a blender, beat the condensed milk with the cream and the dissolved gelatin until smooth.
Thus, separate the mixture formed into two containers. After that, in one of the refractories, add the 50% powdered chocolate and half of the egg whites. Done that, mix delicately until it's homogeneous. Meanwhile, in the other container, mix the vanilla essence and the rest of the egg whites.
After this process, in a bowl, place the chocolate mousse and cover with the vanilla mixture. After that, with the help of a fork, stir gently until the colors merge. Now, just take it to the fridge for about 4 hours and serve it the way you prefer.
