O University for All Program (pronounce) registration opens for the selection process of the 2nd semester. The program offers partial or full scholarships to private educational institutions. Registration begins today, the 11th, and runs until the 14th of June.
Altogether there are 169,226 vacancies offered. Of this amount, 68,087 places are allocated to full scholarships and 101,139 places to partial scholarships, which cover 50% of the institution's monthly fee.

Ministry of Education releases first call for Prouni 2023
The program was created in 2004 by the Ministry of Education (MEC), with the aim of helping students who are unable to pay the tuition fees imposed by higher education institutions. Since the implementation of the program, thousands of students have managed to graduate with government assistance.
To participate in Prouni, it is necessary that the student meets some prerequisites required by the government, such as not being able to have a higher education diploma. In addition, it is necessary to have participated in the last edition of the National High School Examination (Enem) and to have obtained at least an average of 450 points in the test. It is also not allowed for the candidate to have zeroed the essay.
In addition, the candidate must also meet certain income requirements, namely:
Full Scholarships: Gross family monthly income of up to 1.5 minimum wages per person;
Partial Scholarships (50% of the monthly fee): Gross family monthly income of up to 3 minimum wages per person.
In addition to the requirements regarding the completion of the Enem and the diploma, the candidate must be part of one of the following groups:
Candidates selected in the first call will be announced on June 18, through the prouni website. The list of those approved in the second round will also be published on the program's website, but on July 2nd.
In this way, the approved student must go to the selected educational institution to verify the data informed during the registration process. If all vacancies are not filled, a waiting list will be announced on July 18th.
The Prouni 2019 schedule is distributed as follows:
Registrations: June 11th to 14th;
Disclosure of those approved in the 1st call: June 18;
Verification of the data of those approved in the 1st call: June 18th to 28th;
Disclosure of those approved in the 2nd call: July 2nd;
Verification of the data of those approved in the 2nd call: July 2nd to 11th;
Waiting list: July 18th.
