Eureka, the scorpion of the Sahara, considers himself superior to all others. These are full of his great air and this mania he has for thinking he knows everything about everything.
So Eureka doesn't have many friends. Anyway, he's not interested in them; he prefers the company of men, as he thinks he understands their language. Men, however, are rare in the great desert and flee when they see Eureka.
However, one night a man approaches him and, with a lively and sure gesture, picks up the scorpion with tweezers and throws it into a dark box.
A few days later, Eureca, in a large transparent aquarium, became a zoo attraction. He lives among men now, but thinks with nostalgia of the time when he lived happily in the middle of the desert.
