According to data released by the government, Casa Verde e Amarela delivered approximately 1.2 million homes in the period between 2019 and October 2021. Thus, the goal is to reach 1.6 million loans, regularize 2 million properties and implement 400,000 improvements by the year 2024.

According to the program, participants have up to 30 years to pay off their own home. Regarding interest, families with a monthly income of up to R$ 2,000 have interest at 4.5% per year, while the subsidy can reach up to R$ 47,500.00.
On the other hand, families that earn between R$ 2000.01 and R$ 4 thousand have interest of 5.25% per year and the amount of the subsidy is up to R$ 29 thousand. In addition, residents of the Northeast and North regions have a reduction in the rate, which can be up to 4.25% per year, and the property price limit is also higher.
