Learn how to develop cognitive sensors with board games in Kindergarten and how they can be effective in your child's growth process.
Main objectives of this type of activity:
• Acquisition of knowledge about board games;
• Know the importance, respect and role of rules in games;
• Encourage play and create strategies;
• Encourage the study of Mathematics and logical reasoning;
• Promote challenging problem situations;
• Encourage reading and writing;
• Know the structure and characteristics of the instructional text.
Age group: from 3 years of age.
Conversation Wheel: Present the proposed activities, make prior knowledge of what the child already knows about the subject, as well as what they would like to learn. Discuss game rules and rewrite them.
Drawings, paintings, cutouts, collages, foldings: Invite the children to record the activities with the games using the drawings. Offer different materials such as toothpicks, E.V.A., papers and folding so that they can represent the thought strategies and the moment of the game.
Games: Playing is of great importance for the child's development. There are countless games that can be done with children, whether in pairs or groups. Among them: Make believe – Jump rope – Rabbit hole – Hopscotch – Chair dance – Treasure hunt – Riding the lego.
Make a tic-tac-toe with PET bottle caps. Each child does their school game and then takes it home and plays with their family.
Materials:
– 10 PET caps
– Egg carton
– Durex
- Hot glue
– Colored paint
- Colored paper
1. Cut out a square from the egg carton containing 3 X 3 small squares.
2. Paint the egg carton with paint.
3. Use colored tape on each of the caps. Divide five of one color and five of another.
4. With colored paper make a frame around the egg box for finishing.

Materials: Eva in various colors, pet bottle cap, scissors and hot glue
1. To make the bag, cut a rectangle of 25x20cm in the EVA. A 25x3cm strip for handle, plus nine 5x5cm boards to assemble the board
of the little game. To glue the pieces, use hot glue.
2. Cut out several EVA strips and glue around each pet bottle cap.
3. With the molds make the animals of your choice and glue them on top of each cap.
To keep everything organized, just keep the pieces inside the bag.
