In this post, we are going to talk a little about the individual report of a special student for early childhood education, which is a frequent question for teachers. Student assessments are carried out bimonthly and recorded so that it is possible to verify the student's progress or not in different educational aspects, evaluating their participation in activities and also marking their attendance in classes in the report school.
Student assessment can be carried out with or without final exams. But also in LDBE, there is talk of continuous assessment, that is, at every moment between student and teacher, he/she must be assessed.
Thus, the individual student report must reflect and contemplate the entire period of school activities, not just the time of exams.
One of the frequent questions that arise when writing the individual student report is in relation to the disabilities, which can be cognitive (learning) or physical (a limiting factor that prevents any activity).
In this case, it is important that the student's school evaluation is done in a comparative and clear way, but in such a way that it also registers the progress and achievements obtained in the evaluated period.
In many cases, students with intellectual disabilities, in the individual report, the vision of all professionals participating in the educational process, discovering and creating new possibilities for learning.
Other cases of school evaluation reports where we need some special attention are the cases of undisciplined or deviant students.
In this case, in addition to the report, it is important to note whether these occurrences do not originate from some other social or family trauma.
Each case must be treated individually and in a way that does not expose the student's identity to the entire school community.
The monitoring of parents and guardians should be intensified and, if necessary, refer to the professional more suitable for guidance and/or treatment, in cases such as oppositional disorders, hyperactivity or violence extreme.
