On Tuesday (19), Ibama opened the registration deadline for filling 1,143 temporary vacancies for its public tender aimed at hiring civil servants to help fight fires forestry.
The positions available to receive applications are Brigade Supervisor, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, and Brigade, in Bahia. According to the public notice, the location and the intended function make the application period vary.

There is an opportunity for a brigade member, brigade leader, squadron leader and brigade supervisor and salaries range from R$ 1,1212 to R$ 6,060. Contracts are for six months.
The states available to work are Acre, Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, Goiás, Maranhão, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Pernambuco, Piauí, Rondônia, Tocantins and Rio de Janeiro), in addition to the Federal District.
The requirements for brigade members and squadron chiefs are elementary school, while for brigade chiefs and state brigade supervisors it is high school and federal brigade supervisors require higher education.
The working hours will be 40 hours a week. Salaries will be increased by food allowance, transportation allowance, preschool allowance and accident insurance.
Those wishing to compete for vacancies must register within the registration deadline, between April 19th and July 1st, remembering that these deadlines vary according to the location of office.
