In addition to these brands, the startup is looking for drivers who did not have their right respected by Volkswagen and bought a car with gas and pollutant sensors that do not comply with what was promised.

Consumer law allows Apple to be sued, but if this is not the consumer's choice, Regera is willing to pay an amount as compensation for the damage caused.

There are two ways to solve the problem here:

•  The company files a lawsuit against the brand and guarantees to take care of all the bureaucratic part. At the end of the process, they keep 30% of the compensation;
• Regera can pay an amount in advance to reduce the damage caused by the company, while the customer forgoes receiving the amount that can be paid by court decision.

When the client decides to accept the amount offered by the startup, the amount of the judicial indemnity does not will be passed on, as the company had the choice that the consumer decided to guarantee the money advance.

Tecnoblog reported that the value for negotiating cell phones is R$ 300, when the customer decides not to file a lawsuit. For the customer who was injured by the volkswagen, the court process can take five to ten years. The customer would earn R$ 25,000, but the company will now be able to compensate for the amount of R$ 1,540.
