Since 2015 the Google Street View has been a popular navigation tool, whether for travelers or the curious, the possibility of locating streets, establishments, sights and places of difficult access made the application one of the most popular in the Google. However, in the most recent version of the software, shutdown notices were inserted in the program code indicating its end.
Although it has not yet been officially announced, the closure of the application and support for it is scheduled for March 21, 2023.

According to Google itself, the Street View program “is a virtual representation of the environment around us, composed of millions of panoramic images, available on Google Maps. Street View content comes from two sources: Google and contributors. Through these collective efforts, we offer people the possibility to explore the world virtually.”
It's simple to see why. Most relevant Street View features are already available in other programs. Google Maps has been providing Street View content for many years, while the web-based Street View Studio is available to developers.
Photo Path or Photo Basket are still among the few useful tools that don't yet have an alternative elsewhere. It is likely that the reason for deleting Street View is its lack of use, because most people access street location and view through Google Maps.
The new Google Maps tool will tell you what the “vibe” of a certain place is before you even set foot there. The new feature is called Neighborhood Vibe and will update you on news and what's worth visiting in a certain area through information and images. You can discover a historic district full of landmarks and museums, or the trendiest restaurants in the upscale part of town.
