With the change in the model of the new Driver's License, the change will take place gradually until all drivers are properly with the new driver's license in hand. In this sense, it is worth mentioning that there is no need to request the new model as soon as it becomes available, since the old CNH will still be valid until its expiration date.

The new CNH will have new faces from June, the new model promises a more technological design with green and yellow colors. In addition, to facilitate access to this document in other countries, the CNH will be printed in 3 languages, namely Portuguese, French and English.
To improve the security quality of the document, some new elements were added, such as the presence of secret images, graphic components with fluorescence effects, holograms and reaction to ultraviolet light. Thus, another change includes the indicative presence of the types of vehicles that the driver is authorized to drive.
Although the body has not yet made an exact statement, in the new CNH model some new categories will emerge, the forecast is that there will be 9 more possible numbers.
Finally, the development of an application to assist professionals who work in traffic at the time of inspection is also in production. In addition, it is worth remembering that the driver can choose whether he wants the Digital Traffic Card, the physical document or both.
