How to make sticky rice in the oven?

Ingredients

• ½ cup of rice;
• 175 ml of condensed milk;

• 1 cup of liquid milk;
• 100 ml of coconut milk;
• ¼ cup grated coconut;
• Vanilla essence (amount to taste);
• 4 cloves;
• Powdered sugar and cinnamon (for sprinkling)

Method of preparation

1. First of all, separate all the ingredients that will be used in the recipe, so that nothing is forgotten.
2. Then, take a pan and, with the fire still off, add the two types of milk (cow and coconut).
3. Then put the condensed milk in the mixture.
4. Then add the amount of vanilla essence you prefer, the grated coconut and the cloves. Stir all in the pan.
5. So, turn on the pan and heat the ingredients together over medium heat for about 7 minutes until it thickens and creaminess appears in the mixture.
6. Then put the already cooked rice in the pan and incorporate it with the mixture, mixing well.
7. Finally, turn off the heat, pour the rice into an ovenproof dish (which can go into the oven) and place in a preheated oven at 180º for 25 minutes.
8. When it's ready, throw some sugar and cinnamon on top and it's ready to eat. Enjoy!
