Justification:
Music is one of the most used forms of human expression in the world. It represents something significant, as we always relate phases of our life or our feelings and emotions with a song.
When we listen to a song, we often manage to transform our state of mind, we forget our problems and we started to experience the story we heard, and this lasts for a long time in our mind.
In addition, music works as an integrating and transforming instrument that helps human beings to develop their potential, to know themselves better and to appreciate their existence in the world.
Dancing, singing, getting emotional, laughing, crying, playing a musical instrument, finally there are many actions involved with music that contribute to the culture of sensitivity, creativity, criticality, the construction of knowledge with autonomy and socialization.
The project "Singing Stories" was designed to promote a pleasurable learning that aims contribute to the development of awareness, art, the promotion of self-esteem, creativity, criticality; in addition to contributing to arousing appreciation and respect for individual differences, thus building harmony, discipline and concentration within the School Unit, the family and the community in a way general.

Afterwards, students must develop activities related to the studied music.
At another time, students, with the guidance of the teacher and in groups of 4 members, must select a song that has a theme relevant and present it to the room, explaining the explicit and implicit criticism in the chosen music and what moment in the story it represents. At the end of each presentation, the teacher will make a general analysis with the class and make room for students to give their opinion on the topic of the day.
At the end of the project, students must create a video using the Viva Vídeo software. These videos should contain images and a song about a current topic that has taken place in society. Then the videos should be presented to the class and discussed. And later made available on the school's facebook for socialization with the school community.
Expected results:
It is expected that the student stops being a mere spectator and actively participates in the story of his/her life and the community.
