Evidently, without a shadow of a doubt, the conflict in Eastern Europe is somewhat disloyal. Russian troops and Putin's military power are far greater than Ukraine's war power. However, some private companies around the world are brokering the hiring of former soldiers and experienced war veterans for assignments in Ukraine.
In view of this, it is important to point out that these services are not to actually fight the war, but to assist in evacuation or other strategic work. In this sense, many of these missions are for the rescue of people who are in Ukraine in the middle of the war, the clients are from civilians more rich to entire families or politically exposed people, including with government-linked bodies trying to evacuate citizens from their countries.

According to an expert on private military companies, Robert Young Pelton, there is a great demand for services in Ukraine in this field. According to him, professionals are being recruited for amounts between US$30,000 and up to US$6 million. The service is more expensive if families want to leave with their possessions.
However, this is not the first time that the security sector and private military services have been used. This sector has already been demanded in other wars in recent decades. An example is the Blackwater company, now called Academi, which were recruited by the US to fight in Afghanistan and Iraq after 9/11. The company was involved in an accident that led to the death of 14 civilians in Baghdad, Iraq, in 2007.
Evidently, this premise is one of the concerns surrounding this service sector, in addition to the possibility of contract veterans becoming mercenaries for governments or contractors. However, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense set up what it called the “International Legion for Territorial Defense of Ukraine”, with 20,000 government-approved enlistments.
To the American agency Associated Press, Major General Borys Kremenetskyi said he recognized that there are risks, such as foreigners becoming Russian spies after being captured by Russian forces, or training any interested white supremacists in the conflict. However, more than 60,000 Ukrainian men also returned to the country to fight in the war. Most of the refugees are women and men in Ukraine, as martial law has been declared preventing men aged between 18 and 60 from leaving the country.
