Self-employed truck drivers who have registered with the National Cargo Road Transport Register by May 31 are entitled to assistance. For those who do not have a digital account at Caixa Tem, Caixa Econômica Federal will open one automatically. With the digital account it is possible to make transfers, pay slips and use the debit card. The app also allows the amount to be transferred by Pix, but with a limit of R$ 1,200 per day. It is important to note that each transfer can have a maximum value of R$ 600.
Another important notice is that amounts that do not move for 90 days will be returned to the Union's coffers. So, if the beneficiary wants to keep a portion of this amount, it is necessary to transfer it to another account.
The beneficiary who does not have the card, but wants to withdraw the amount in cash, can go to a branch or Caixa lottery with your application in hand, and choose the “Withdrawal without Card” option, and then “Generate withdraw".
This code must be informed to a Caixa attendant or typed in at an ATM, so that the amount is released. Remember that this code expires in 1 hour, so it is recommended to generate it on site.
