These actions are capable of optimizing relations between groups, through the creation of new social programs, based on ethics, transparency, coherence and honesty to clarify the positive and negative impacts that the company can create in the community and its environment, allowing an open dialogue between all stakeholders involved.
Thinking about the importance of this issue, especially for this new generation surrounded by incentives for good environmental conduct, the Micro and Small Business Support Service, better known as SEBRAE, offers a free online course on Social Responsibility on its platform, which aims to improve the management of small businesses from the company's adhesion and participation in the Highlight of Good Practices of Social Responsibility, of the MPE Award Brazil.
The course presents a very complete approach and comprises three modules. Module I is called Contextualization and has the following syllabus: Introduction, MPE Brasil – PRÊMIO de Competitiveness for Micro and Small Companies, Presentation of the PRIZE, Presentation of the MEG and Highlight of Good Practices in Social responsability.
Module II, called Social Responsibility, encompasses the World Scenario - Context, Evolution and Concept, Motivations and Advantages, Why it is Important - Standards and Certifications, ISO 26000 and NBR 16001/2012 Standards, Sustainable Development – Sustainability – Social Responsibility and Social Responsibility and Criteria of Excellence.
In turn, module III, also called Social Responsibility, is composed of Introduction, Social Responsibility Questionnaire – Evolution and Conclusion.
The course has a duration of 30 days and a workload of 24 hours. Those interested in participating must register on the EAD Sebrae portal. You are allowed to enroll in only one course at a time. Thus, a new enrollment can only be made after the completion of the course in progress.
The student will be instructed by a tutor with experience in this segment, who will answer questions and encourage discussions on important content related to the topic. It is also possible to interact with other students. Upon completion, the participant will be entitled to a digital certificate.
