How to consult the INSS Concession Letter – Step by step

Initially, the taxpayer of the General Social Security System (RGPS), when feeling the need to appeal to the insurance, must inform the reason for the application, be it for reasons of illness, pregnancy, illness, old age or death.

  1. Access the INSS Portal link;
  2. Do Login in the system. To do this, go to the top corner of the page and click on the option "User data" It is "Login".
  3. Once this is done, a redirection to a new page is performed. In it, the user already registered, it is only necessary to inform the CPF and password to log in. If you have not registered, there is the option to create a new account.

  5. If the insured has already received other benefits previously, it is only necessary to select the one that is of interest to them. The system will automatically download the file to the computer or device used in the process.
  6. Finally, just go to the location where the file was saved and consult the Concession Letter whenever you need to.

However, if the benefit has not been granted, it will appear in the section “Arranging/Requests”. In this tab, the taxpayer will be aware of the reasons and reasons for the rejection.

In addition to the website, it is also possible to check the Letter of Concession over the phone, through INSS Call Center, by number 135 (Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm), or in person through a scheduled appointment at one of the branches.

When choosing to attend the INSS, the user must have an original document with a photo, such as an identity card, passport or CNH. If done by another person, the service will only be done upon presentation of a power of attorney or term of legal representation.
