Salvador City Hall is offering 800 vacancies for its preparatory course for the National High School Examination (Enem). The opportunities are part of the Ingressar Project, and are completely free.
Therefore, the project is aimed at young people between 16 and 29 years of age, who live in Salvador. In addition, young people need to be in the 3rd year of high school in public institutions, or be scholarship holders of private teaching units. Young graduates of Youth and Adult Education (EJA) are also accepted.

Students interested in the course offered by the city hall must register between May 27 and June 9, 2019. Applications can be made online, through the website of the join program.
Another way to register is in person, at the Youth Infocenter. The center is at Avenida Sete de Setembro, 202, Adolpho Basbaum Building, 4th floor, opposite the Monastery of São Bento.
Of the total number of vacancies, 5% is reserved for people with disabilities and 30% for black people. As well as 5% for young people participating in social programs of the Cidade-Mãe Foundation, or who have graduated from the socio-educational system.
To register, you must present a copy of your CPF and RG, proof of residence and school transcripts, or proof of enrollment. As well as scholarship statement (for full scholarship holders).
Self-declared black or brown candidates need to fill out the ethnic-racial self-declaration form, present in the notice. In addition, young people who participate in Bolsa Família need to bring proof that the family is registered in the program.
Enem 2019 will take place on November 3rd and 10th. On the first day of the exam, language, human sciences and writing tests will be applied. The duration will be five and a half hours.
On the other hand, on the second day, questions of natural sciences and mathematics will be applied, lasting five hours.
Taking the Enem is the gateway to federal universities through Sisu. As well as private universities, through ProUni, which grants partial and total scholarships to students.
