the minister of Work, Luiz Marinho, declared that all people who had accounts (active or inactive) linked to the Fundo de Garantia in 2022, can receive the profits. That's about 217.6 million active accounts.
The amount credited to each person will be proportional to the existing balance on December 31, 2022, that is, each worker will be entitled to a different amount.
But the Ministry of Labor made it clear that the distribution will be based on an index of 0.02461511. Therefore, to know how much you will receive, you must multiply your account balance and this number.
This extra money can only be withdrawn in some specific cases, following the same possibilities already established. That is, the worker can only withdraw in situations of:
Dismissal without just cause;
Purchase of financed property;
In cases of emergency, such as calamity withdrawal;
Annually, in the month of birth, with the birthday withdrawal.
