Without a doubt, GPTChat has become a viral phenomenon, and the OpenAI chatbot is one of the services went viral more quickly reaching 100 million users access, in just three months.
Although it became an immediate success, there are still times when ChatGPT remains down or slow due to high user volume. For that reason, OpenAI recently released ChatGPT Plus, a $20 monthly subscription plan that aims to fix these issues.

ChatGPT Plus is an advanced version of OpenAI's AI-based chatbot. It is a pilot subscription offering “faster responses and priority access to new features”. Even when OpenAI's ChatGPT servers face high demand, the response time is not impaired.
The launch of ChatGPT Plus was motivated by the fact that the cost of executing the queries performed by ChatGPT on cloud servers is high, and OpenAI needs to find a way to monetize the service. Therefore, the ChatGPT Plus subscription was launched as a way to cover the costs and provide an even better experience for users.
Unfortunately, the paid version is currently not available to everyone. OpenAI says it's inviting users in small groups based on "capacity and availability". There is no exact date for sending the invitations at the moment. Users can sign up on a Google form to join the waitlist. The form can be found on the company's website.
OpenAI says it plans to offer paid subscriptions to all users in the future, but for now it's only starting with users in the United States.
