The elementary school in Indiana, in the United States, faced an embarrassing and criminal situation. Two employees of the institution were accused of mistreating a 7-year-old student who has special needs and who was forced to eat his own vomit in front of other people.
The charge was filed last Tuesday, the 25th, by the Hendrick County Prosecutor's Office. In addition to them, the investigation includes an analysis of 2 employees of the institution Brownsburg Community School Corporation and the service provider company Kids Count Therapy.

Local police reported that the detective team has come up with results confirming the mistreatment.
The student who was bullied is 7 years old and has special needs.
One of those accused of the disorder is the teacher who monitors the student's activities, known as Sara Seymour, from 27 years old, along with instructional assistant to assist special needs, named Debra Kanipe, aged 63 years.
Police found that Seymour would have told the victim that he would eat himself if he threw up the food. Other students were in the cafeteria at the time, while the boy was being mistreated.
The verified video shows the child eating in the cafeteria and then getting up, as if he was choking. The chaperone tells him to sit down and then the student vomits.
Kanipe offers the child a spoon to eat his own vomit and the victim actually ate, as reported by the police.
The two are being charged with neglecting the student and committing a level 6 felony at the school institution. Two other people are being accused of hiding the condition in which the teachers treated the boy.
The school, in turn, responded by sending a statement to the children's families.
The school said it fired key staff on April 17 following reports of mistreatment of student with special conditions, as well as informing that the two guardians are being prosecuted in the justice.
