Serpro is the Federal Data Processing Service, a public company linked to the Ministry of Economy from Brazil. Founded in 1964, Serpro is responsible for providing solutions in information and communication technology for federal and state public agencies. In less than 30 days, the agency produced the platform that will indicate to the Union the projects that deserve to be resumed more urgently. Thus, the tool will help the federal government to map and identify priorities.
Still according to Serpro, mayors and governors should give more priority to projects aimed at health, education, sports and culture. The list should also contain housing units from the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program and projects from the Ministry of Cities portfolio. Once identified, along with ministries, the Civil House will analyze the database. Based on the guidelines of the Presidency of the Republic, it will be defined which works should be resumed immediately.
According to Serpro, the platform was developed in record time. The state used the technology LowCode, which accelerates application and website development, and WebApp architecture. In addition, it increases accessibility and interactivity with users, both in web browsers and mobile devices.
UX tools were used to provide better fluidity for service users. Furthermore, data science techniques were adopted to support the process of receiving, validating, crossing and consolidating the databases. To access the platform, you just need to have a single login from the federal government at gov.com.br.
