UFG opens selection to fill 1,358 vacancies in courses

Excellent news for those who want to do a new graduation or try a vacancy in a public institution of higher education! A Federal University of Goiás (UFG) opens inscriptions open in selection that provides the filling of 1,358 vacant of previous selections. Opportunities include courses in the capital and three cities in the interior.

The graduations contemplated by the new announcement are given on the campuses of Goiânia, Goiás, Catalão and Jataí. Admission will consider the candidate's performance in the 2009 to 2017 editions of the National High School Examination (Enem). The student can choose one of the following forms of admission:

• diploma holder: who already has a graduation and wants to attend a new one
• internal transfer: students from the institution who wish to change courses, as long as they have completed a full semester in the previous graduation
• external transfer: students enrolled in another educational institution who have completed an academic year
• re-entry: former students of the institution who intend to return to the old course

Entries can be made until October 18, without charging fees, at UFG Selection Center website. The prediction is that the approved ones will be known on December 11th. Enrollment must be made during certain periods at the campus offering a place in the chosen course. Complete information by notice.

Courses available

The selection process to fill the remaining vacancies at UFG has opportunities for different courses in the four units of the institution. What offers more vacancies is the degree in Philosophy in the City of Goiás, with 54 opportunities in the Bachelor's Degree and 38 in the Degree.

Next comes the Portuguese/English Licentiate in Letters at the Catalan Regional, with 27 vacancies. Seats are divided between tickets in the first and second half of 2019. See the full list of available opportunities here.
