Social Volunteer Day
Did you know that any of us can volunteer? That's right! A volunteer is that person who is always ready to help and share their knowledge and skills with other people. Each one of us has a special gift, some know how to play musical instruments, others understand everything about computers. There are people who like to tell stories or keep company for sick or elderly people, others prefer handicrafts and some can teach tips on health and nutrition. What little we know can make a difference in the lives of many people, because every human being needs something, whether it's medicine, clothing, food or just a little care and attention. Volunteers devote part of their time to helping people. He does not receive a salary to do his work, but he acquires a lot of knowledge, experience and gains the joy and satisfaction of being able to help so many people in need.
